Intro
Our website and brand ID was about 5 years old - we’d been repeatedly putting a bandaid on rather than fixing the deeper issues with our brand. We knew that in order to prove the value of a brand refresh to our clients, we had to do one ourselves.
The Project
Over the last few years, Hoxo has switched tactics. Our products, people, and vision have all changed significantly, and while we tried to patch up our brand ID as we went along, our brand was just not reflective of what we had become, which was:
- Well-known to the recruitment market and positioned as leaders in the industry
- Offering a different suite of services - to make sure we do less, but better - we moved away from a marketing and branding agency to focus on branding - personal and company
- Adapted vision and mission - we have a clear vision and mission - we're serving the same market but we've really shaped our company to offer real value and address our customer's pain points - many of which we believe other companies aren't able to really fulfill
