Method 1: Reconnect Your Canon Printer to WiFi

When your WiFi is not within the range, it may turn your Canon printer offline. Hence, in this case, you are required to reconnect your printer to WiFi.These are the steps to do it.

1. In the first step, forget your router and disconnect it from your printer.

2. Then, reconnect the Canon printer to WiFi.

3. If you are using a USB connection, then disconnect and reconnect it.

4. Now, head to the WiFi Wizard setup window on your printer and try connecting it to WiFi.

5. Then, press and hold the WiFi button on your printer and allow the WiFi light to blink.

6. When you see your printer light blinking blue, go to the WiFi router and push the WPS button.

Method 2: Uncheck the “Use Printer Offline” Mode
