During my time with Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group, I was part of the Bob Ross-inspired, Happy Little Trees committee. This committee focused on culture-building initiatives within the Marketing team where we planned team events both in-person and virtual. Happy Little Trees was a crucial part of our positive work environment and needed an associated visual identity. 

The goal for the Happy Little Trees logo was to encapsulate our mission as a team. The logo consists of three trees that are holding each other up with love. It also has a subtle tie to paper chain cutouts, which relates to team building activities. The team wanted the visual identity to have a feeling of support, community and love.

Variations of the logo that include the full committee name as well as brand mark color combinations.

We chose colors that evoke a calm, earthy feeling.
