With this branding packaged, I designed a logo, business card, pattern, and merchandise for an electrician company that specializes in off-grid electricity, green energy, and generators such as solar panels, windmills, watermills, etc., who take great pride in being green, having a low carbon footprint, and recycling resources.
APPROACH
After coming up with my concept, I chose a color pallet and started to design my logo with that image of a tree and lightbulb to showcase the connection of green energy that my company represents.
WHERE IT STARTED
Below is the direction that I was going in with originally with my logo, business cards, and pattern.
I liked the colors I chose and the concept idea I came up with for my pictorial logo. However, the way the colors were applied felt intense and my pictorial logo was much more detailed than I'd liked, to the point where my image became less readable as a cross between a tree and a lightbulb.
WHERE IT IS NOW
I tried to be more strategic in how I used my color palette to accentuate the new logo that I'd created.
Overall, I very much enjoy how this project turned out and I would love to see this company come to life one day and better our planet one step at a time.
