My first trip to the sea
This book was created as part of a collaborative initiative involving LEVCHYK SPECTRUM HUB, the "Future for Ukraine" charitable foundation, SkyUp Airlines, and the tour operator Join UP! I was fortunate enough to contribute to this project by creating illustrations that complement and enrich its content.
To take the first step on the path to journeys accessible to everyone, we are launching the collaborative project "Travel Without Barriers." This will help little adventurers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) discover a new and exciting world. Specifically designed to make their journey preparations smooth and enjoyable, we have created this social story.
The purpose of the social story is to provide accurate and understandable information in a simplified form, thereby preparing the reader for a specific life situation.
Just like in any creative endeavor, we began by sketching out numerous ideas. It was an incredible journey in search of the right visual solutions that best aligned with our vision and objectives.

Our vast, multifaceted, and fascinating world can sometimes be too loud, emotional, and vivid. We need to always be prepared to face it, but let's agree, sometimes it's challenging to perceive all its facets here and now. New people, life situations, and even actions that we need to learn anew, like little children, can sometimes evoke anxiety in us, adults. Now, imagine how children who are just getting acquainted with the 'big' world for the first time feel. The moment they take the first step beyond the comfort of their room, leave their home, new unusual emotions engulf them. It's a very crucial and, at the same time, a complex moment.
Our goal is to simplify this path so that on the unknown paths that a child encounters, there is as little uncertainty and as many pleasant experiences as possible. We aim for children to explore this world together with us, so that their eyes sparkle like stars in the sky
