This is Bo! She is a rainbow baby who was given a magical wand and now she transforms into a magical girl baby! The magical wand was the rattle of her stillborn older sister, Stella. Her sister now possesses the rattle and gives it magical powers in order to grant wishes to their parents, particularly their mom who still grieves Stella. The only thing is Bo barely speaks English so she tends to interpret the wishes wrong.

(The one wish Stella cannot grant is that Stella was born alive and healthy.)
