POQ represents a collection of three distinct fidget toys designed to address detrimental behaviors and common tics. This assortment emerged from a process of self-reflection during which I realized that while I cannot cure emotional or mental disorders without professional assistance, I can redirect my harmful behaviors when triggered.

For individuals with neurodiverse experiences, achieving productivity may present more challenges compared to neurotypical individuals. These challenges can lead to pressures that trigger harmful behaviors, some of which have evolved into tics. These tics can range from self-harm and the use of substances like cigarettes or vapes to simpler actions like clicking pens or occasionally taking deep breaths. POQ's objective is to provide individuals with an alternative means to replicate the sensations associated with these previously mentioned actions.
"P" is a discreet whistle featuring a pinwheel that rotates in response to exhalation intensity and a compartment designed to hold a monoacetate filter (or cigarette filter). Users have the option to moisten this filter with their preferred essential oil, allowing them to inhale a pleasant aroma. The primary goal of "P" is to assist with breathing and address oral fixation, thus helping to alleviate the urge to smoke.
Derived from the Wartenberg wheel, a medical instrument employed to trigger nervous reflexes, "O" is born—a compact wheel designed to discreetly nestle within the user's hand. Its purpose is to provide tactile stimulation at the user's preferred intensity, serving as a constructive alternative to nervous scratches.
Taking inspiration from the Mexican wooden rattle, "Q" is a compact device that grants you control over the number of clicks you wish to hear using just your thumb. Its primary aim is to provide a substitute for the habit of pen clicking.
