An entry for a digital art contest with the theme of "resilience". My entry ended up being a self-portrait likening the time I spent studying engineering and the feelings I had regarding the lack of creative outlets to the process steel undergoes when being tempered. The harsh conditions strengthen the steel and also impart beautiful colours under certain circumstances.
