Modern and simple design for a book about Ukrainian independence in two languages
History is an extremely important aspect. Textbooks, on the other hand, are often boring and off-putting. However, history needs to be known and studied. Therefore, in this project, I introduce a modern, attractive and user-friendly design for a book about historical episodes.
To facilitate the reader's orientation in a bilingual book, it was decided to visually separate the texts. Thus, the text in English is written in blue, which ensures high readability and contrast with the nearby lines. In addition, this color is one of the main national colors of Ukraine, which adds additional context to the reading. Since yellow is the second most important color and has poor readability, it is used only as an accent color for details.
