Found a reference photo from net, redraw a high contrast silhouette for effects

silhouette, mountain were drawn with AI pen tools

Limit to simplest simpliest outline for strong contrast and outline style

Everything was created with AI pen tool,

each point was picked and adjusted to fit curve,

no trace nor hand draw pencil tool were used

 

Then added a growing light with PS for effect
