Vonnegut Cover Series
In collaboration with KickDesign and Rosetta Books,
I was honored and challenged with the task of redesigning an
18-part Kurt Vonnegut cover series for full rebranded digital release.
World renowned satirist, science fiction author, humanist, and fellow Cornellian,
Vonnegut (1922-2007) achieved universal acclaim with classic novels including
Slaughterhouse-Five, Cat's Cradle, Timequake and Breakfast of Champions.
Upon his passing, The New York Times called him
"The Counterculture's Novelist".
The redesigned series provided me an opportunity to work with both publisher
and branding agency on proposed art direction, illustration,and layout,
through which I ultimately translated the 18-title series.
