CyberOasis - Decompression and socialization in VR

CyberOasis is the prototype of a Virtual Reality Space created for different employees who work from home, specially on the field of programming and technology in general. The main goals we tried to achieve were to promote resting and relaxation, socialization and interaction between the members of the company and also to make communication easier between different parts involved in a project.
This way, we divided it in 3 different sections.
First, the beach was created to bring a sense of relaxation and freedom, since we wanted to avoid the feeling of confinement that people are used to in offices or in their homes. Also, this would be where the user logs into the world for the first time.
When entering the building, the user gets in the first floor, which is a space made for users to interact with each other and have fun. They will be able to chat, make new friends, and play different games and activities, like karaoke, card games, ping-pong, etc.
Lastly, the second floor is a room designed for the formal aspect of the company. This way, if the team decides to have meetings, work on assignments, discuss projects or goals in Virtual Reality, we wanted to make sure that it would also be possible.
We also developed a 3D animation in first person in order to better show the user's journey inside this reality and how it would look like in general:
