The hotel is promoted through the history that made the hotel famous, which is the Dutch flag ripping incident back in 1945. The ‘old-fashioned yet luxurious’ Art-Deco visual styles and colors (bold curves and gradients) are adapted to the interior and architectural styles of the Hotel Majapahit itself.
