On Christmas Eve
When the elf got an order from Mr. Santa Claus to prepare the gifts, but instead, he was rather busy playing tic-tac-toe and drinking hot chocolate 'til late. He got caught by the Santa during a sudden inspection and got a warning letter later. :(
