This skateboard deck illustration project was a lot of fun. The brief was to create a design that tells a story about myself and my personal interest, and being inspired by a favorite song. I chose Gwen Stefani's Hollaback Girl, a song that never fails to get me singing and it's so energetic. I wanted to make a dynamic composition and showcase Gwen shouting and juxtapose string of pearls and banana, keeping a very graphic style.
