Today's city of Skopje is increasingly facing a deficit of neighborhoods in which quality and multiple aspects of community living are recognized. Community arises as an implication of inhabiting a place, with the very act of the inhabitants of the city connecting as an imperative for a structure that connects people. In the context of the current conditions of today's living, the community is necessary for the liberation of the person with strong individualism and his focus on collective needs. It is comfortable for individual existence, but at the same time it offers a space for sharing, connection and identification with other people which strengthens the sense of belonging. The alienation from the neighborhoods we live in today is again related to the their quailty which is the result of the behavior and sense of being created for one's own neighborhood. In the city of Skopje, it is necessary to improve the state of alienation in many neighborhoods where the individual does not feel belonging and identification with the place of living, achieving a passive relationship with the neighbors. It also needs building of new neighborhoods with neighbors who nurture closeness and where there is a sense of security, respect and responsibility towards the neighborhood, as well as a personal desire to identify with the collective identity.

"Striped Tautologies" experimentally questions the way of living and gives different answers to the question of what is a quality neighborhood to live in. All the elements together form a new neighborhood with a strong identity as an assembly of different forms and styles of living, freedom of feeling of belonging and interweaving of life with different types of vegetation by layering vertical and horizontal spatial scenarios with its own colors, smells and sounds of the neighborhood .
