Balance
In my project five pieces, I created both balance & imbalance in my pieces through using a variety of silhouettes. In my top two designs, I created symmetrical designs by placing a circle in the center, creating the center of my axis; adding in more circles that either grew or shrunk in size as they went out. In my bottom left design, I created stillness by having no curves on the design; all on the same axis. While in my bottom right design, I used curves to give action & life to the design. I created this design in Adobe Illustrator.
