This small apartment is located on the 21st floor of a new residential complex and its main feature is a picturesque view of the park which opens up from its large windows. The Clients are a couple and their request was to create a cozy space mainly for home rest but also suitable for inviting friends and relatives.

During the design process it was decided to make the zoning of the main living space so that it would be suitable for various owners' living scenarios. For this purpose glass folding partition was chosen to separate kitchen and living room. When unfolded, it blocks the view when privacy in living room is needed, while letting in light to the kitchen. Also book shelves on the sides help to accommodate Clients' belongings yet being invisible from entrance.

Natural materials and neutral colour palette have been chosen for this project to convey calm relaxing homy vibe. Although furniture, textile and black colour details bring the necessary emotional resonance.

Bedroom is rather minimalist. Its walls and ceiling are painted single calm complex grey tone. The wardrobe and TV shelf are wood veneer to bring some warmth and other tactile sence. The embossed wall with rounded bulges behind the bed plays well against the light. Large window offers a stunning view of the surroundings at any season, although the light can be easily blocked with curtain hidden in the ceiling cove.
