The Weeknd Albums as 60s Psychedelic Concert Posters

I've always been fascinated by the hippie era and the sixties not only for its aesthetic and cultural revolution but also because of the fact that it may have been one of those very few moments in history where humans got very much in touch with themselves and nature.

This period of time was defined by the war in Vietnam and people gathered en masse to protest against the war. During this time they also had a lot of concerts featuring a lot of trippy, psychedelic music. The concert posters had a very specific aesthetic featuring illegible fonts, trippy and low-contrast colors, and a lot of inspiration from the art nouveau movement from 18th century France, this managed to garner a lot of attention from people so much to the point that people started tearing down the posters as soon as they were put up to take home with them.

These are my renditions of the weeknd's album covers as 60's concert posters.
