I got this stock image from Dollarphotoclub.com. I wanted to make a project of a man or ghost going thru a door in the woods. This picture had everything I needed but the door.
The doors that I shot are from an old church at a local campus. I wanted some old wooden doors that would bed heavy and fit well with this composite. I cut out each door individually and placed them in the file with photoshop as a separate layer.
The final composite consisted of the doors and the background layer with some added effects. I added a couple of empty layers and painted on white with a blur to add some depth or more light coming from the woods. I wanted it to seem that wherever this guy is going it was very bright. Somewhat like someone going to another dimension.
