The project concept takes the myth that Walt Disney is frozen under the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at Disneyland and puts a spin on it. Instead, he is frozen under It's a Small World, and his machine glitches. He slowly thawed out to the sound of the song. He finds his way out and wants to reinvent Disney as a place of discipline.

Unfortunately he cons Julie Andrews into it, and she becomes his ambassador for his presidential campaign.

He reinvents the It's A Small World ride to an intense ride with restraints.
