Проектне рішення базується на локальному контексті ділянки і реагує на архітектурний образ самої лікарні, історичну садибу «вілла Quo Vadis» та цінний природній ландшафт.
З архітектурних акцентів будівля має досить серйозний масив даху і вертикальні каскадні обрамлення віконних прорізів. Щоб не втрачати пропорції з надбудовою третій поверх має бути або мансардним або без похилої покрівлі, ми пішли другим шляхом , і щоб трохи утримати баланс матеріалів демонтовану черепицю повторно застосували на фронтонних вставках самого корпусу реабілітаційного центру і облицювали будівлю прибудованого з північної сторони басейну. Образ надбудови поверху постав у продовженні теми вертикальних ліній «контрфорсів» які тримали масив черепичного даху і відобразився у вертикальному ритмі реберчастих стійок білого кольору зі склом не порушуючи колористику комплексу.
Мінімалістичні архітектурні рішення доповнюють існуючий образ будівлі базуючись на бережному ставленні до архітектури фасадів та ландшафту, створюючи без бар’єрний простір для людей.
Проектними рішеннями передбачено реконструкцію примикаючих частин вулиць Івасюка та Ряснянської, організувавши безперешкодний рух для пішоходів, організацію паркування зі збереженням цінних зелених насаджень.
Description of the project
The design solution is based on the local context of the site and responds to the architectural image of the hospital itself, the historical estate "Villa Quo Vadis" and the valuable natural landscape.
In terms of architectural accents, the building has a rather serious array of roofs and vertical cascading framing of window openings. In order not to lose proportions with the superstructure, the third floor must be either mansard or without a pitched roof, we went the second way, and in order to slightly maintain the balance of materials, we re-applied the dismantled tiles on the gable inserts of the rehabilitation center itself and faced the building attached to the pool on the north side. The image of the superstructure of the floor appeared in the continuation of the theme of the vertical lines of the "buttresses" that held the array of the tiled roof and was reflected in the vertical rhythm of the ribbed racks of white color with glass without disturbing the color scheme of the complex.
Minimalist architectural solutions complement the existing image of the building based on a careful attitude to the architecture of facades and landscape, creating a barrier-free space for people.
The project decisions provide for the reconstruction of adjacent parts of Ivasyuk and Ryasnyanska streets, organizing unhindered movement for pedestrians, organizing parking while preserving valuable green spaces.
