The design process of the "Challenge" application

The project was made as part of the Design thinking class in a team
of three. The goal of the task was to find the source of the problem of lack
of hobbies among young people and create a solution that is attractive for this group.
The project begins with a persona - profile of the potential audience.

It was created based on the conclusions drawn from individual interviews conducted with eight people consisting of fifteen questions:

1. Could/could you introduce yourself? (Who are you, what do you like?)
2. What are your interests?
3. What does your typical day look like?
How do you feel when you return from work/university?
4. How much free time do you have?
5. What do you do in your free time/weekends?
6. Imagine you had a whole week off - no responsibilities, what would you do?
7. What limits you? How much money can you devote to a new hobby? How far from the center do you live? How difficult is the commute?
8. What do you want your future to look like?
9. What do you dream about?
10. What emotions does the question of hobbies/interests evoke in you?
11. Imagine you have a worse day/difficult day at work or school, how do you unwind after the class/shift is over?
12. How do you spend time with friends/acquaintances?
13. Could you describe your friends' hobbies?
14. Did your parents encourage you in your childhood to engage in various activities? If so, which ones?
15. What gave you pleasure when you were younger? Do you continue? What made you stop?

During the design process, methods such as:
The ideas generated during the brainstorming were divided on a two-axis matrix: Cheap-Expensive and Bold-Convenient
The first prototype was made on paper, and the next one was made in Figma software. Importantly, the goal of the class was to carry out the design process
and find a creative solution to the problem, so the prototype was only a simple visualization of the idea, not a refined product.
The project required finding paths for developing the solution.
The biggest benefit I learned from this project was realizing the benefits
of a solution-oriented approach instead of focusing on the problem.

If I could do this project again or had more time for it I would refine the prototype. I would like to improve the color palette, because currently there is not enough contrast on some of the buttons (white text on a cream background), which could cause difficulty in using the app. I would also make an interactive prototype, which I would be happy to post here.
