This is the first doll I've made and the story connected with it is a little bit mystical. I've begun making it without 

any clear plan of what it should be like, I've been just following the intuition. And at one moment, when the doll was half-finished, I understood that it reminded me of one person. May be it was an inner likeness more than outlook. And then I flamed up with the idea to make this doll as a present. But the day it was ready I hesitated, I wasn't quite sure whether it would be confusing or not — to present something without any reason if you are not close friends. I didn't know when that person's birthday was... Finally I wrote that person to tell I had a gift, and what was my suprise when I was told the birthday is the day after!!!
