For this site we utilized bold Employee Value Proposition statements on the home page and throughout the site to be sure a potential candidate has every opportunity to see if they connect with company culture and values. If this wasn't enough, we also put in a fun interactive culture fit assessment that futures some great copy that really brings to life the idea that when you are a Pep Boy, you are Just Built This Way.
