The Resilience and Adaptation Project

A joint effort between Christian Aid and Anglican Development Services Eastern in collaboration with the county government of Kitui and Makueni Counties, Kenya, demonstrated the power of community-led adaptation efforts.
During the financial year 2016-2017, this initiative successfully facilitated the construction of a sand dam and rock catchment, strengthening the resilience of local communities against the impacts of climate change.
