This is a logo and style for Nadjima empowerment foundation, which helps women to get higher education in Azerbajdzjan. It provides free lessons for everyone who wants to prepare and pass exams to universities.  

The logo illustrates a profile of an Azerbajdzjan woman with proud and purposeful look, ready for changes and better independent future. She has an earring in shape of a garnet and a hair ribbon with "buta" ornament. Both are traditional symbols of Azerbajdzjan. Colors are also associated with a garnet.
