Ukyo Machi (oc)

Hi! This is Ukyo Machi. 'Ukyo' means 'to be happy' and 'machi' means 'city'. He was created solely by me since February 2021 as picturing my comfort characters. Most of my comfort characters have blonde hair which represents as bright, cheerful and understanding characters.
