Over the past few months I have gotten into making Limoncello, a nice lemony after dinner drink.  I had always wanted to make my own however, I decided to make mine special by using only ingredients from the state of Georgia, USA where I live.  I used Lemons, vodka and honey all from Georgia.  What makes mine special is that instead of using a simple syrup to sweeten the Limoncello I use local honey from different areas of Georgia.  I use one from Decatur Georgia, where I live and one from middle Georgia.  The taste is smooth and not too sweet but still has flavors that are its own and specific to Georgia honey.  It can be drunk by itself or it goes great in mixed drinks such as with some sparkling water.  When I decided to make my own Limoncello I also decided that I wanted to make the label for the bottle.  Above are 6 designs that I came up with.  I like them all for different reasons. However in the end I settled on the bottom left one.  

It is called Remoncello partially as a funny conversation my wife and I had, where jokingly I said, what if we called it Remoncello since my name is Remy to make it specific to me, and at first we though, no that is to silly, however as time went on I gradually grew to like it and it became the name in the end. 

After creating 6 labels this was the one that I chose to go with, it is printed on waterproof label paper for bottles and I feel encapsulates the various things that went into making it and where it is from.
