This is a first year project to create a range of packaging for products for explorers synomynous with the values of Fortnum and Mason. I chose to design packaging for a range of children's products, hence the name 'Budding Explorer'. The idea was that the kits would contain 2 or 3 tools that gave children the starting point to become interested in an exploratory activity, for example a pick and brush in an archeology kit, that would to encourage them to use their imagination as they become interested in this new activity.

I created the illustrations for the packaging by collaging with a mixture of papers. The collage makes the packaging relatable for children but is excecuted in keeping with the high quality and premium look of Fortnum and Mason's aesthetics.
