As lead architect, I developed schematic design drawings, construction documents and a BIM model of the building.

The building has three floors. On the first level there is a parking lot and the entrance. The trading floor is located on the second floor. Offices are located on the third floor. Corporate colors were used for the facade of the building. The building has a reinforced concrete frame, an additional metal frame was created for the outer walls made of sandwich panels. Energy efficient glazing has been used.

BIM model made in Archicad. Models of structures and HVAC were loaded through the IFC to search for and eliminate collisions.
