Seldin Organization is a parent organization over 5 partner companies which provide a wide range of services from multifamily and commercial property management to investment management and property maintenance. For the final version, a simple typographic approach was used to highlight the success and stability of the Seldin Organization without putting too much emphasis on any one of the included partner companies or their respective specialties.

This badge logo was created for Seldin Organization's annual holiday party and training to highlight 90 years of business. The design was printed on signage, bags, notebooks, napkins and other event materials.

This illustration was used as the front cover for greeting cards which include handwritten notes from recruitment staff members and are used to welcome new hires to one of the partner companies. The birdhouse theme conveys friendliness and a sense of family to new employees who often work off-site in their day-to-day tasks.
