The existing apartment was a duplex on the last 32 and 33 floor of a residential building. The use of the roof top (34F) was granted but no access existed.
Like often the space wasn't used efficiently but all the walls were made of concrete and it limited our chances to totally remodelate the space to get a better layout.
We still were able to totally change this apartment in order to fit our client's desires for his familly.
The whole process needed a 1 year construction time and the total amount of work would be too long to list here.

整个过程耗时一年建设，工作量庞大。

- make a new staircase more space efficient.
- open the kitchen to the dining/living space, increased the size of the kitchen with a separation between preparation and cooking.
- create a hatch between cooking kitchen and dining.
- create a proper walk-in closet at the entrance.

During the process, many floors were created, walls opened, bays enlarged.
We managed to increase the size of the living area from 260 sqm to 520 sqm.
It took a lot of efforts but the result is our client's dream apartment.
