'Interno' is a collection of visceral self-help books that, in an experimental way, aim to introduce the psychological phenomenon of our inner characters, as well as to promote self-awareness for a better relationship with ourselves and, consequently, with our surroundings.
In a total of three publications, which correspond to the three most recurrent characters present in every individual, 'Interno' proposes a journey through the healing process of each one of them through text and visual metaphors.
