SNHU In Tune Game Design Documentation
This artifact was created for a personal project called “In-tune”. This artifact is a game document designing the artifact, ready for a rapid prototype.
The creation of the project started with an idea, that was constantly in my mind throughout this course. Since I was a horror fan, I knew I wanted to create something in that genre. I establish the idea, made a mock for the base, and I started research.  I researched a lot that was iconic or in the spotlight to see what worked for an audience and what I could establish that is fresh. I also reached out to communities on various websites and forums to see how I could improve as a developer and what I can do for this project. With all that information I created a framework and design. For polishing I took what was created and designed a rapid prototype for a part of the original design. I took most of the key points and established it into the document and I added some more detail to the idea itself to flesh it out to the developer.
I learned a lot from the creation of the project. The design process, how to research and establish a connection into the community that I am going into. One of the main challenges was going into the community for advice and research. Some of the forums are oversaturated with questions and answers, that most likely your question has already been answered. It was difficult in the beginning for my questions to be answered in some forums for that reason, I had an amazing person actually take the time to not only answer my question, but to break it down into their own experiences which helped significantly during that time frame and even now. The artifact now has a more specific goal, that can be achieved by any developer that may come across the design document. It has more detail than the previous document and lists out the key points of the prototype in a organized format.
