Project overview
The product: MyMovie is a movie ticketing app for people who are very fond of watching movies. MyMovie app strives to provide excellent features to book a movie ticket. A wide range of options to select theatre. MyMovie app targets customers who don’t want/have time to stand in line to buy movie tickets.
User research: summary :
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who don’t have time to stand in line and buy tickets. This user group confirmed initial assumptions about MyMovie app customers, but research also revealed that time was not the only factor limiting users. Other user problems included obligations, interests, or challenges that make it difficult for users to go personally and buy the tickets
