the bay villas
the idea of placing two villas on the beach is dictated by the small size of the plot.
Villas are turned from each other by 8 degrees, which allows you to visually separate them, provide some private space for residents. Thanks to this technique, each of the villas has its own, unique, view of the bay.

based on the topography of the coastal terrain, we placed the building in steps. the entrance area, parking, and technical rooms are placed on the upper level, leaving the entire lower space open.
the monumentality of the main volume of the building is emphasized by the finish of the fibre-cement panels in white shades, laid out along the vertical axis.
the connection to the sea, and to southern architecture, is emphasized by arched, secondary structures, balconies, terraces and a carport. Finishing the arched elements with turquoise green tiles, a small format, allows the interior and exterior space to be visually unified.
