This analog toy allows for a unique rapid prototyping process: your hands. Here, you can create, destroy, and create again--without worrying about messing up or buying extra tools. The hands-on approach to creation can offer a break from the digitally-driven lifestyle of today's youth and young adults. These heads were all sculpted in under a minute, using my hands and a custom sculpting tool.
Preliminary Sketches
Orthographics for 3D Print. (1st on the MakerBot, then on the Objet)
Resin cast and 3D print.
Polymer Clay does not dry out unless baked, which allows for unlimited malleability.

The following characters' heads are sculpted using only by hand (and the occasional coffee stirrer).
"I'm happy that I'm single, actually. Just trying to catch up on Me-Time, you know?" -Cyclops.
Mighty Duck chooses to not get involved.
Pensive Penguin is wondering why people don't recognize his merits as an artist.
"Pensive Penguin and Klump look intimidating, but they're actually real chill dudes."
Shy Hog tells Big Mouth a pretty good joke. Big Mouth laughs extra loud because that's how he rolls.
You never know what Skully has in his pockets. You just don't.
Pucker, Donot, Skully and Klump are all waiting patiently for the 22 Bus. Their licenses were revoked, except Donot: he can't drive in the first place.
