Social cause advertising campaign
Homelessness. No one should ever have to be homeless, everyone has the basic rights to a roof over their heads and help. Yet, this country, and others, struggle with homelessness. This passion ad campaign is to raise awareness of the conditions we are boxing people into.
I began this project by taking a deep breath and setting my end goal and making sure it was clear. I wanted only the facts for this project and let my brain do the rest. Below are the beginning sketches for this project.
The next step? Creating with abandon
After these initial drawings and the research I did, I began my personal journey of designing an ad that would be a CTA and spread awareness.

Finalizing the designs
I wanted to keep the overall idea/meaning open to those interpreting the design. What are basic items the homeless have access too? Markers, cardboard and their own imagination. I made sure to keep those three things in the front of my head as I cleaned up the designs.
