Seismic Evaluation of the 14 Floor Cylindirical Shape Building
The scope of the project was to determine the seismic performance level of the 14 floor cylindirical shape reinforced concrete structure according to Turkish Seismic Code "Deprem Bolgelerinde Yapilacak Binalar Hakkinda Yonetmelik-2007".
Building was consisting of a sigma shape shearwall, an "U" shape shearwall and a box shape shearwall in the core, rectangular shape columns surrounding the core. The column dimensions decrease at every level of the structure.
The project was performed under the supervision of Bogazici University Civil Engineering Department.
