Stage view at the beginning of panel discussion. Since many of the members of Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated (TAI) older members do not frequent  social media sites, we relied on traditional means of marketing, via email newsletters, mailer's, phone calls and face to face grass-roots marking to pull off this event. Since, TAI is a large organization that houses thousands of members and large chapters the  promotion was steady and slow with 6 months of planning and organizing with the Anderson Estate. We laid out reasonable bench marks and was able to draw a good crowd for the event capturing young and old supporters of the Tuskegee Airmen.
