The outlines of the village are made up of many rounded and broken shapes and this is not accidental. The concept is based on a clockwork mechanism that expresses, on the one hand, clarity and regularity, and on the other hand, temporal smoothness and regularity. Many circles and straight lines form an integral framework of the village, expressed in the transport and pedestrian system of roads, park contours. A separate place is occupied by the issue of shaping the buildings of the village: all the buildings of the community center do not have standard design solutions, different types of buildings have different heights and this is not accidental, because it is the "spirit of the place" expressed in the rhythm of height, compositional connections that sets the level of a comfortable environment for the residents of the settlement, contributes to the harmonious development of the territory.
The project embodies architectural and planning conceptual solutions developed in Western European countries: lack of symmetry and uniformity, organic articulation of various forms, careful attitude to the natural landscape and historical buildings, attention to detail. The idea of an open settlement occupies one of the key places in the construction of the concept of a settlement for 3,000 inhabitants. This is expressed in large open spaces harmoniously
"bonded" by the plastic of the surrounding houses, the presence of a large number of public institutions and attractions that attract tourists, as well as an advantageous physical and geographical location.
