Luiz is one of those really kind souls that tends to portray a really hard outer shell, but is the most sincere being on the inside. Luiz grew up in and around LIsbon, Portugal and has continued his passion for skating over the years. While still maintaining sponsorship as he surpasses what is the considered age of sponsored skaters, he embodies all that is old school and continues to skate, works as a tattoo artist and teaches kids to skate.
