HOW TO: Meditate with Nature
First take a step back, give yourself a few seconds to take in the whole scene. Once you feel comfortable take a deep breath in and slowly let your mind be wrapped up in the tranquility of nature. Can you see the green beaming from the feathers of the birds? Follow the movement of the sand, let yourself get lost in the abyss. Don’t be afraid of the thick forest, let it embrace you and guide you through the darkness. Allow yourself to be surprised, absorb the fascinating wilderness and the unsettling structures, the fiery reds that normally alarm us, let them warm you up. Even the stones hide secrets and the trees can deceive us, give yourself the time to notice the details we normally ignore. Take a step back once again, breathe in and breathe out. Meditate with nature.
