Collection of digital illustrations featuring women in vintage and historical clothing
My illustrations feature heroines who are often portrayed in natural settings, wearing outfits that are inspired by past eras.

I began creating these illustrations during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when many people longed to escape the confines of their homes and find solace in the beauty of nature. The drawings offer a glimpse into a world that is peaceful and idyllic, a stark contrast to the chaos and uncertainty of the present day.

Through my drawings, I hope to impart this same feeling of serenity and nostalgia to those who view them.
Penelope Bridgerton
Illustration with Penelope Bridgerton. She is the lead female character in Romancing Mister Bridgerton, the fourth book of the Bridgerton series.

Penelope is often looked upon as the ugly duckling. Her family pokes fun at her skin and weight, and often critiques her for her studies and writing. Throughout the series, she’s always watching, writing, and dreaming, even as she believes she’ll never get her own happily ever after.
Alice in Wonderland
Illustration inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Alice is sleeping under a tree with a book in her hands, dreaming of magical distant worlds.
“Head in the clouds”
The castle represents a special place in the imagination where you can escape, an inner world where the subject can retreat from the chaos of the outside world and find solace in their own thoughts and dreams.

The commissioner liked the idea of this drawing, and she ordered two portraits, for herself and as a gift to her partner. The castle design to match their individual tastes and personalities.
DnD characters
Commissioned pieces of original characters from Dungeons and Dragons play sessions.

It is a game in which players create characters and embark on adventures. DnD is driven by storytelling and imagination. Each character has their own unique backstory, personality, and appearance, which can be brought to life through illustrations.
Personal works
These illustrations were featured in the April issue of Official Girl Up Delhi Coalition's monthly e-newsletter, The Feminist Gazette. Their aim is to provide a safe space for expression of feminist voices and concerns.

The section these illustrations were featured is dedicated to artists who've been working in some way or the other to express, through their art, the nuances of feminism
and femininity that need recognition in the contemporary times.
Illustrations inspired by these unusual but very beautiful vintage fans that I found on Pinterest.
These illustrations portray women who are finding beauty and wonder in the natural world around them. Their outfits are inspired by past eras, reminding us of a simpler, more romantic time.

In a time when we are all grappling with uncertainty and stress, it's important to take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the world around us.
Through my illustrations, I hope to offer viewers a window into a world that is serene, peaceful, and full of wonder.
Thank you for watching!
