Циммес (eng. «Tsimmes»). From the word tsimes. In the literal sense, this is a traditional Jewish dessert, but in a figurative sense, it means «the best», «what you need» and so on). Tsimmes is a street food bar with modern Israeli cuisine. In addition to Israeli cuisine, the menu also features dishes from different parts of the East: the Middle East, Moroccan cuisine, Indian and so on.
The main idea of this design was unity, friendship and lightness, and the fact that everything in the bar is «tsimes». The character in the shape of a star is also called Tsimmes and he will be your friend and guide to the delicious and so different world of oriental cuisine!
