My first job in collegiate athletics, and due to a summer of self-teaching, I was comfortable enough to graduate from Canva and use Photoshop full-time. However, the focus of the position is only about 5-10% graphic design, limiting my time to develop graphics. Despite having numerous other responsibilities, I was able to create more personalized graphics and give each sport/team its own image. I'm looking forward to improving the designs even more in my second year at RU.
