The Salomon Xt-6 has become one of my favorite sneakers due to the comfort, quality, and unique color ways. My design focus the past few concepts have incorporated the color green. For this concept I wanted to redefine one of their most popular color ways of 2021, focusing on brown and beige. 

The goal of this concept was to showcase green in a context that differs from any of the brand's current color offerings (this green color does not exist across any of the brand shoe styles). I derive a lot of inspiration from neutral, earthy, tones when dreaming up colors. 

I knew I wanted the concept to feel similar to the brown concept but from a green standpoint. The olive was the first item that popped into my mind as the foundational color base for me to play around with and I am very proud of the results.
