This project features a series of watercolour paintings that depict various birds. Drawing inspiration from the world of crossword puzzles, I sought to create a unique and engaging artistic experience that would challenge viewers to think critically and creatively. Each painting features a beautifully rendered bird alongside a cryptic clue, such as "One of King Arthur's men stuck in a storm." The answer to this clue, as it turns out, is "A Nightingale."
