The postcard here was something I designed for a project that had me creating a postcard that represented me. I always had a pension for mandalas and their use of interlacing geometric shapes. The bear was just due to a friend describing me as sounding like I voiced a grumpy bear in a cartoon at times. My classmates agreed that it worked in our crits, so I refined the mark to what you see here.
This piece got into one of York College's juried school exhibitions.
